373 Group Scene Sprint 3

In this sprint, I was able to create three models. They were not very high poly, but I am confident I can add more detail next sprint. I had three objects in mind for filling out the scene this sprint: A plastic folding table, a wooden picnic table, and a plastic folding chair.

First, we have the table. While it looks alright from a distance, it is a very low poly model, compared to what it could have been. I was unsure of how to accomplish the level of detail that I wanted, and thus decided to simply create a a baseline to work from.

Next we have the picnic table, which is my favorite of the sprint. I was able to put quite some time into this model. I believe it will also be easy to UV, since many/all of the parts are beveled cubes. The only design change I'm considering for this model is making the main table 4 separate planks of wood, as opposed to the somewhat awkward piece I have for the tabletop. I used the multi cut to create divisons, then extruded them in and made them hard to see, to give the illusion of four planks. I am unsure how to feel about this decision.
Finally I have the plastic folding chair. This is the model I want to spend more time on the most. I believe I could create a great plastic chair model with lots of small details. Other than that, it is a simple model meant for filling out the scene.
