We have entered the final project of the year, and unfortunately I was not present at the first week where groups were assigned. I was present the next week, and have been assigned to group 1 of the Monday/Wednesday class. Now that the preface is out of the way, I will discuss my findings this week.

Above, you can see the reference image used by my group when selecting buildings. I decided to attempt the building on the left side of the image with a pillar protruding from the sides. The building is out of view, and would be impossible to accurately recreate from this image. However, since this was our only picture of the area, and since the game of origin is free to play, I downloaded the game and decided to travel to the area in-game. This proved to be quite the task, however, and I will get to that in a moment.
The image below is the first reference image I was able to take of my building. I wasn't able to get this image until Sunday due to issues getting to the location of our work. I first had to research the name of the place we were modeling, then find it on the planet Tatooine in-game. This seemed like an easy task, and it only took me about an hour to lock down which city it was. The issue arose when I tried to use an old Jedi character to reach the city. I found out later that you needed a sith, and was forced to start a new character, level them up and play the game, then finally travel to the city.
Due to the lack of air vehicles, I cannot get a bird's eye view. The image above is the only other reference image I am able to take, since the other side of the building is locked to certain players of a certain level. I could have managed my time better while working on this assignment. I did not anticipate the difficulty of getting reference images, and I'm now considering working on the center building from the first image, since I can get views from all angles, despite the building seeming to be much more difficult to model.
